We enjoyed putting together a Champagne Tea for a corporate client in their boardroom in Stellenbosch. Tired of the tea and cake routine, a senior staff member asked Energize to organise a tea with a difference: Champagne, Strawberries and Ice cream. A national pharmaceutical company asked us to do a talk/demo for a women’s breakfast at Nitida Wine Estate. Most of the 100-strong audience work within the medical profession and we geared it towards busy working woman who eat on the run! Cookery demonstration for a large group educators attending a one day conference. Old recipe ideas were updated and given a thoroughly modern twist. This group of hard working people with little time gained ideas of how to serve stylish food in record time! The demo included many foodie ideas, food styling tips and ways to store recipes and menus in an organised fashion. Positive feedback from the participants showed we had a hit the right target!
